We were brought in to develop two key custom pieces for this a luxury mid-rise apartment complex by Trammell Crow Residential in Lower Heights, Houston.

We developed and fabricated a secret entrance that led to a speakeasy-style bar as well as a monumental custom LED light fixture for the clubhouse. The speakeasy door was hidden in a bookshelf and featured a hidden electronic lock system as well as a bookshelf full of custom-colored books.
