The Deal Company approached us with concept drawings of two monumental signs they needed fabricated for two multi-use commercial redevelopments in Houston's 1st Ward. We developed fabrication documents from their concept drawings and, after approval, we fabricated, permitted and installed these two signs.

The Spring Street Studios sign is powdercoated laser cut steel and milk plex lit by long lasting outdoor LEDs.
