We designed and built a suite of site amenities for the EADO TIRZ 15 (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone), to be placed in a newly remodeled eight block section of public streets and sidewalks in East Downtown, Houston.

About three years ago the TIRZ 15 board reached out to us to see if we’d be interested in bidding their project. One of their board members (shout out to Mazen!) had suggested seeking out a local design and fabrication shop in order to fully embody the spirit of “reinvesting” the tax dollars back into the city. We went through several iterations to get to this highly durable and site specific design. We’re so happy to be a part of this project and this vision for a more local future.
